“LEAP4FNSSA West Africa Workshop: Dialogue for Action and Brokerage – Fostering Knowledge, Communication & Innovation Hubs” will be held virtually on 28th -29th of October 2020.
This event will be promoted and organized by KEF and GO AFRICA, in close collaboration with CIHEAM-IAMB, BLE, DLR, KINNO and CSIR-GH. The event will include four thematic sessions and will involve farmers’ associations, research institutions, donors and policy makers.
Special attention will be devoted to young innovators carrying their solutions to mitigate the socio-economic and environmental impacts of pandemics on FNSSA.
About 50 applicants from 18 Countries of the whole African continent, responded to a specific “Call for proposals” that was closed on 15th August.
Among them, 25 young entrepreneurs have been selected and invited to participate in the Workshop as panelists to present their innovative ideas.
