Aline Adamou

Aline Adamou - LEAP4FNSSAMrs. Aline Dialika Ange Eveline Adamou is an experienced development worker with over fifteen years of experience in administration, office management, operations, human resource, and project management. She acquired multi-faceted experience from international development firms by working in a multi-cultural environment with diverse work teams.

Prior to joining FARA in November 2021, she worked with USAID-funded projects for over 10 years, handling administrative & operations matters, budgeting, travel coordination, event management, and providing logistical support.
During her career, she had the opportunity to travel on assignment in West African countries; she successfully organized and coordinated high-level events. She has rich experience in liaising with community leaders, engaging with donors, civil society, and supporting technical staff.

She is currently working as the LEAP4FNSSA Project Administrative support and handles all administrative matters pertaining to the project as well as other duties.
She is a holder of a bilingual Higher Diploma in office management and an EMBA certificate in Human Resources management. She has a passion for entrepreneurship and leadership; she enjoys learning new things and helping find solutions to any challenges.
She is perfectly bilingual (English, French). She is originally from Burkina Faso but living in Accra – Ghana.
